- Farmer contact and field location data (latitude, longitude, address)
- Job acceptance, completion, and status updates
- Service history and acres sprayed records
Device & Usage Information
- Device type and operating system
- App usage data for performance monitoring and error fixing
- Internet connectivity logs necessary for job sync
Note: The App does not collect precise GPS location of the provider device. Farmer field coordinates shared in job cards are used only for navigation purposes (opening Google Maps) and are not stored separately on your device.

We use your information strictly for legitimate operational purposes:
- Create and manage your provider account
- Assign drone spraying jobs and service tasks
- Coordinate service schedules with farmers
- Verify provider identity and maintain accountability
- Track job completion and calculate service metrics
- Improve app performance and provider experience
- Ensure safe and efficient drone service operations
We do not sell your personal information to any third party for advertising or commercial purposes. Your data is used solely for service operations.
3. MPIN-Based Authentication
The App uses a 4-digit MPIN linked to your registered phone number for secure login. This approach:
- Reduces the risk of unauthorized access
- Does not require email or password management
- Allows quick and secure access for field operators
MPINs are stored in encrypted form. You are responsible for keeping your MPIN confidential.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share limited information only when necessary:
- With our internal operations team to assign and manage jobs
- With the AeroDroneMitra platform to coordinate service delivery
- When required by law or legal authorities
We do not share your data for advertising, marketing, or any non-operational purposes.
5. Data Storage & Security
- Your data is stored on secure servers using industry-standard protection
- We use Supabase as our database provider with encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- Role-based access controls restrict data to authorized personnel only
- We take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or data loss
6. Data Retention
Provider data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill operational, legal, or compliance requirements. When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. User Rights
As a provider, you have the right to:
- Access your personal and job-related information
- Request correction of inaccurate details
- Reset your MPIN at any time via the Forgot MPIN feature
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
8. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may use trusted third-party services for:
- Database: Supabase (backend infrastructure)
- Navigation: Google Maps (for field directions — opened externally)
- Local Storage: AsyncStorage (on-device only, for provider session)
- Analytics: App performance and error monitoring
These services are used strictly for operational purposes and comply with applicable data protection standards.
10. Changes to This Policy

All services performed through this platform must be carried out by the registered provider or their authorized drone operation team.
2. Eligibility & Authorized Use
- The App may be used only by individuals 18 years or older who are authorized by AeroDroneMitra.
- Use is limited strictly to professional, work-related, and drone service purposes.
- Unauthorized access or use by unregistered individuals is prohibited.
- By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration & MPIN Security
- Your account is secured by a 4-digit MPIN linked to your registered mobile number.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MPIN.
- Use the "Forgot MPIN" feature to reset your MPIN by verifying your registered phone number.
- Do not share your MPIN, account credentials, or provider ID with anyone.
- AeroDroneMitra reserves the right to suspend accounts showing signs of unauthorized access.
4. Provider Verification & Onboarding
New provider accounts are created with a pending verification status and will be reviewed by the AeroDroneMitra team. The account will be activated only after successful verification of credentials and drone operator eligibility.
- You must submit accurate verification details during onboarding
- False or misleading information during registration will result in account rejection or termination
- Activation status is managed by the AeroDroneMitra operations team
5. Job Management & Service Execution
Accepting Jobs
- You will receive job assignments through the App with farmer details, crop type, area size, and scheduled date.
- Accept only jobs that you can complete within the scheduled timeframe.
- Job status must be updated accurately and promptly in the App.
Service Area & Navigation
- Farmer field location (latitude/longitude) is provided in confirmed job cards.
- Use the "Open Map" feature to navigate to the farmer's field using Google Maps.
- You are responsible for reaching the service location on time.
Service Completion
- Complete the assigned drone spraying service as per the booking details.
- Update the job status upon completion.
- Ensure accurate reporting of acres sprayed.
6. Provider Responsibilities
As a drone service provider, you must:
- Carry valid drone operation licenses and comply with DGCA regulations
- Ensure your drone equipment is in safe, working condition before every job
- Follow all spray guidelines — spray only during approved weather conditions
- Avoid spraying during strong winds (>10 km/h), rainfall, or extreme heat (>38°C)
- Maintain safe distance from people, animals, and vehicles during spraying
- Use only approved and recommended pesticide concentrations
- Communicate any delays or issues to the farmer and AeroDroneMitra support immediately
- Behave professionally and respectfully with farmers at all times
Safety Compliance: Failure to follow drone operation safety regulations or spray guidelines may result in immediate account suspension. AeroDroneMitra will not be liable for any accidents, damage, or injuries resulting from a provider's non-compliance with safety protocols.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
Providers agree not to:
- Use the App for personal, illegal, or unauthorized purposes
- Accept jobs with the intention of not completing them
- Provide false service completion reports
- Share farmer location or contact data with unauthorized parties
- Bypass security measures or access restricted data
- Interfere with App functionality or data integrity
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the provider account.
8. Pricing & Payments
- Service pricing is determined by AeroDroneMitra based on crop type and land area.
- Payment terms and provider remuneration are communicated separately during onboarding.
- AeroDroneMitra reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you are unable to complete a confirmed job, notify AeroDroneMitra support immediately.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in account review or suspension.
- Job rescheduling due to adverse weather conditions will be handled by the operations team.
10. Service Quality & Liability
Quality Commitment
AeroDroneMitra expects all providers to deliver high-quality, consistent spraying services. Issues reported by farmers must be addressed within 24 hours of service completion.
Limitation of Liability
AeroDroneMitra's liability to any provider is limited to the value of the relevant service transaction. We are not liable for loss of income due to job cancellations beyond our control.
Exclusions
AeroDroneMitra is not liable for:
- Drone equipment damage or malfunction during service
- Accidents resulting from the provider's failure to follow safety protocols
- Crop or property damage caused by incorrect pesticide application by the provider
- Delays caused by the provider's failure to report on time
11. Account Suspension & Termination
AeroDroneMitra reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate provider accounts in cases of:
- Providing false information during registration or service execution
- Violation of drone safety regulations or DGCA guidelines
- Abusive or unprofessional behavior toward farmers or AeroDroneMitra staff
- Repeated failure to complete accepted jobs
- Misuse of farmer data or App features
- Any violation of these Terms
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, text, images, and intellectual property associated with the AeroDroneMitra App belong exclusively to AeroDroneMitra. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. Providers are granted a limited, revocable right to use the App solely for authorized service purposes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
14. Changes to These Terms
AeroDroneMitra may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. What Data Is Deleted
Upon verifying and processing your request, the following personal information will be permanently removed from our systems:
- Full name
- Registered mobile number
- MPIN (encrypted)
- Verification and onboarding profile details
- Account status (verification, active, online flags)
After deletion, you will no longer be able to log in or receive job assignments.
3. Data Retained for Legal Compliance
Under applicable Indian laws, certain information may be retained in anonymized or restricted form for legal, compliance, and operational audit purposes:
- Past service job records (booking history)
- Acres sprayed and service completion history
- Payment and transaction records
This retained data will not be used for marketing, communication, or any business purpose beyond legal compliance.
4. Active Jobs Before Deletion
Account deletion is recommended only when there are no active or confirmed jobs pending. Any confirmed jobs must be completed or reassigned by the AeroDroneMitra operations team before the account is deleted.
5. Processing Time
- Requests are processed within 7 working days of identity verification
- A confirmation will be sent once your account has been successfully deleted
- Residual backend data retained for legal purposes is not accessible for any operational use
6. Irreversibility of Deletion
Once your account is deleted, the action cannot be undone. Deleted personal data cannot be recovered. A new provider account must be created and verified to use the App again.
